Product Sample / Promo Item Insert into Congress Grab Bag
The Congress Grab Bag is not to be confused with the traditional delegate bag. The Grab Bag shall only contain innovative product samples and promotional items (such as cups, notepads, flash lights etc.) that are approved by the Organizing Committee. Literature items (brochures, postcards etc.) will not be placed in the Grab Bag. We will have a literature booth for these items in the exhibit hall.

We are planning on sending a minimum of 10 email blasts in the 18 months preceding the World Congress.
Logo placement on Social Media Campaigns
Corporate Digital Ad (video or static) on Onsite Signage
We are planning to provide the majority of the signage at the Convention Centre in digital format. Your ad would be placed on the LCD or plasma screens at the entrance to the Plenary Hall which is centrally located, as well as at the entrance to the exhibit hall. You may provide a still image or an actual video (preferably without sound).

Navigator Sponsors will have the opportunity to choose one (1) item from the list of available items to sponsor below on a first come first served basis. All promotional items will feature the sponsoring company’s logo exclusively. The congress will purchase the promotional item.

Navigator Sponsors will be offered one (1) 45-minute timeslot during breakfast or late afternoon to hold a symposium. This is your perfect opportunity to present the topic of your choice to a focused audience! Topic and speakers must be approved by the program committee.
The package includes the following:

2 x 10 ft.x10 ft. of free exhibition space in a prime location of your choice are included with this package. We expect close to 100 companies to participate in the Trade Exhibition. In order to ensure traffic flow, coffee breaks and poster sessions will take place in the Exhibit Hall.
*A 1-hour timeslot can be purchased for $1,500 CAD plus applicable taxes.
